Finally a return to the reports - again, if someone is willing to take this over, please let me know asap on sensei@akitasjudo.com.

A merry band of 5 Akitas attended the 3rd Essex Youth Games for some more contest experience. A great event that is paid for by the Essex Sports Council and designed for Judoki to 'cut their teeth'...

With a two Kano's moving up into the yellow belt group, this was always going to be a tough time for the Akitas attending - but proud they made us all, with an impressive tally of 1 Gold, 1 Silver and 3 bronzes.
