Contest Route - Kata

Not much kata needed as yet for the contest route. I would expect this to change though, especially with the introduction of kata in the new Kyu and Mon Syllabi. However, for now, you need:

2nd Dan - Black Belt
3rd DAN
3rd Dan - Black Belt
4th DAN
4th Dan - Black Belt
5th DAN
5th Dan - Black Belt

With 10 points given for each nage-no-kata technique (10 for the right, 10 for the left), and 10 points for each katame-no-kata technique, plus 10 for presentation, here are quick links to our kata sections:

Nage-no-kata

1st Set - Te Waza
2nd Set - Koshi Waza
3rd Set - Ashi Waza
4th Set - Mae-sutemi Waza
5th Set - Yoko-sutemi Waza

Katame-no-kata

1st Set - Osaekomi Waza
2nd Set - Shime Waza
3rd Set - Kansetsu Waza
