Technical Route - Gokyo

Below are the points needed in the Gokyo (single techniques) section of the Dan grade competitive route. This is split into two sections for the technical route - Nage-waza and Ne-Waza, but both needing the same points tally each as shown below:

More points needed than the contest route - with the addition of Ippon-seoi-nage and Mune-gatame in the respective first sets. For all Dan grades simply perform one technique from each of the following sets from the examiners choice.
