Go-No-Kata

Considered by many as a 'lost kata', it would appear that the Kodokan are currently reviewing the re-introduction of the 'kata of force'.

Until then, it is practiced in many different ways under a shrowd of secrecy, making this kata very difficult to be sure of outside of the privaleged Japanese dojos. Read the judoinfo.com research into the technique if you are interested.
