Koshiki-No-Kata

This kata was designed for the Kito school and armour-clad warriors. This kata harks back to origins of Judo and Jujitsu with techniques 'of a high order' and are 'highly refined'. This could be considered as the purest of katas, but also one that would rarely be experienced by lower graded Judoki.

There are twenty-one techniques to this kata, split into two sets, omote (front ) and ura (back)
